What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Please note that sale items may be final sale and not eligible for returns.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [customer service email or phone number]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you can return it following our return policy.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple pay. We also accept pay in four options like Klarna and Afterpay. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or cash on delivery.

Is it safe to order online?

How long does shipping take?
Right now we are on presale so shipping will have longer wait periods. We hope to have everything shipped out no later than October. We will keep every order updated via email and/or phone number.

Can I track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s website to track the status of your delivery.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes, we provide a size guide on each product page to help you choose the right fit. We pride ourselves on being plus size friendly so our clothing ranges from 5xl-small. If you’re unsure or between sizes, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the best size for you.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at jikararenee@gmail.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
